На наших глазах разворачивается баталия между Жириновским и Кадыровым. Казалось бы чего проще ответить возмущенным гражданам: мы не против того, чтобы национальной республикой (Чечней) управлял (через выборы или назначение собранием) гражданин любой национальности не только чеченец и не только принадлежащий к опредленному клану (тейпу).
И...?

If you want ho have loyal mgrants, according British experience there is only one way:
- Migrants could IMAGINE that a bright future waiting them, if they will follow laws.
This condition is reailistic for post-British Imperia (it looks like "Britain selling better quality of laws": it seems for example High Courth of India continue to be in London). But it is absolutely out of reality for post-Russian Imperia.
